We service 1000+ doors throughout NZ. We run a high-service wholesale sales model with category specialist sales teams. We carefully segment distribution to allow long-term sales performance. Our focus is on supporting technical retailers with education and marketing programmes. 
We have been executing flagship and outlet retail for our key brands for 20+ years. Today our retail business consists of 18 doors across 5 brands. Retail is a key pillar of a well-developed brand in NZ - our team loves bringing brands to life with customers.
All brands are supported by our specialist logistics team. Our decades of experience and relative scale, allows for the most efficient and reliable shipping outcomes for NZ. We offer best in class fulfillment times across NZ. Brands are supported with both indent and ex-stock programmes.
Ecommerce plays a central role in bringing a brand to life in NZ. Our specialist team of 20 oversees 7 brand ecommerce sites. The sites allow us to present the full range, connect with customers, and invest heavily in brand marketing.
Across digital campaigns, community engagement, sponsorships and traditional media, we tailor our approach to reach the right audiences effectively. We ensure that every campaign is designed to maximise brand exposure and drive engagement, ultimately building brand loyalty and growth.
Our experienced Repairs and Services team is available to assess any issues with our products. Whenever possible, our priority is to reuse, repair, or recycle products to extend their life. Standing behind the products we sell is central to our reputation.
